‘Big Brother’ Season 21 Betting Odds Episode 29

by James Murphy in Entertainment  / August 24, 2019

  • This is the 21st season for CBS’s reality show.
  • ‘Big Brother’ is a spin-off of a Dutch TV series of the same name.
  • ‘Big Brother’ Season 21 Episode 29 airs August 29 at 8:00 PM Eastern.

We missed a couple of weeks of Big Brother as we were otherwise engaged but we’ll catch back up now and take you through the rest of the season. Since we last checked in on our erstwhile band of housemates there have been several evictions. Jack Matthews? GONE! Kathryn Dunn? GONE! Analyse Talavera? GONE! More specifically, the aforementioned triumvirate are the first three members of ‘the jury’. That leaves us with eight remaining contestants.

One interesting thing that has happened over the past couple of weeks–the ratings and viewership numbers for Big Brother have experienced a nice bounce. Episode 20 (August 8) brought in 3.87 million viewers for a 1.0 rating/6 share. It was the third straight weekly decline and it appeared that this year’s incarnation of Big Brother had run out of steam. Guess again. Check out the quick turnaround for Episode 21 and note that the increase has been maintained through subsequent episodes:

No idea about where whomever (or whatever) comprises the 710,000 viewers added between Episode 20 and 21 came from though the majority have stuck around.
